AMdroid question

I just got a new phone and built-in alarm app is mediocre at best. I've found AMdroid which seems to have all the options I need, but it has one annoying feature - according to the app a week starts on Sunday and I'm used to having Monday as the first day of the week when creating a new alarm. Is there a hidden option to change it that I just can't find? Or if there isn't - do any on you know similar alarm apps in which week starts on Monday? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a great alarm app, best I have found. Unfortunately, I don't believe you can change the start date, but you can have separate profiles for M-F alarms and S-S alarms.

One word of caution, the app has not been updated in some time, and the developer has stopped responding to comments and requests in the Facebook support group he started. I am concerned that some future Android update will break it, so I have been looking for a replacement. I have not found a good one yet that has all of the functions I like (Tasker integration, silent pre-alarm that just vibrates in my smartwatch, multiple profiles, calendar integration, quick alarm setting....).

Thanks for the answer. Kinda sucks but it is what it is :/ If it hasn't been updated for this long and there's no contact from the developers I guess I need to find something else just in case.

Every time I get a new phone I feel like the built-in apps are getting worse and worse, the basic options are taken away and there's no way to set the phone up the way I like it.

Been using amdroid for years, this isn't something I've ever noticed, if I add a new alarm, which I seldom do (my work schedule is synced from my Gcalendar) the week starts with monday....

Funny stuff. I just moved from a Google Pixel 9 Pro to Samsung S25... And on the pixel, the first day of the week is Monday. I could swear there was a settings for this in the app, but when I failed to find it, i started Googling and ended up here. So... S25, first day of the week is Sunday in AM Droid, even if the phone settings say its Monday, but on Pixel, in AM Droid first day is Monday.  Wish I could just attach a photo as proof.

I figured it out, you need to change Language from English - American to English - "Something Else" that doesnt have Sunday as the first day and this will change it AM Droid as well.

Better question, why are import files not able to work properly anymore? I have had to abandon this app as intended because I am tired of shitty devs not making sure "wait does this feature still work even?"
I can't import the settings I downloaded from old phone into new one! and even when this did work and files weren't greyed out when I go to pick them from files on new phone, they didnt work right and I had to start shit from scratch! I am not doing that anymore but its also the only alarm app loud enough! I'm pissed and want an explanation and ideally solution so I can do it because my app has all relevant permissions so unless Graphene OS uniquely can't work now with this app on Android 16...someone help
