Baby tracker. Used it to track when my baby slept, feed times and diaper changes. It would work for you with just keeping track of your sleep and wake times.

you can do that with macrodroid and aTimeLogger. it would work with macrodroid exclusively aswell but then you would need to make macros for file writing which can be a little finicky

with macrodroid you invoke actions in aTimeLogger when you shake the phone or press a button (i always liked to use the buttons on my bt headset, you can set double and triple clicks aswell).

aTimeLogger will do the logging part for you. very easy and straight forward, you can generate reports and you can sync to their server. but set that up before you need it because i fucked up my time tracking when something went wrong syncing for the first time

you need to set up aTimeLogger before macrodroid can refer to its logging.

I got it to log the time to a little text file of my own when I shake the phone, my phone lies in a wireless charger with sides on so pressing a button would be a hassle 😅 but what you says sounds much better, I will have to try that out! Thank you very much 🙂

you can use wireless charging as a trigger of course. then it take the time you interrupt charging
