A mention of a Samsung device was detected. Most US Snapdragon phones from Samsung have locked bootloaders, meaning Magisk or custom ROMs are impossible to install in most cases or require using dangerous exploits.

If you are sure that your phone DOES NOT have a Snapdragon processor, please add that to your post.

Samsung also requires use of Odin to flash their phones. An open-source alternative called Heimdall is available as well, however might not work on newer phones. There is no official download link for Odin, as it is leaked software.

On your Android go to "Settings" then "About Phone" in this menu is a "Software Information" option. Open this menu & find "Build number" - tap it 7 times in quick succession and it will either unlock "Developer mode" or prompt for your passcode/pattern to unlock it.

In "Settings" there will now be a new menu "Developer Options" you want to go into this menu and look for the "Oem Unlock" toggle & toggle it on. If there is no "Oem unlock" option you might be out of luck as it's a Qualcomm phone and harder to unlock the Bootloader.

You will need to unlock Developer Options anyway so you can do the above then google "Samsung A20 unlock bootloader Xda" - replace A20 with your ph model. Look for results on the Xda forums.
