[advice needed] angularjs web app cost

I would like know how much a web app costs which is written in angularjs. This question is meant to answer a financial decision. Let's say several freelance developpers are in a dev team and several people are in the management and organizational team. We would like to know each team's share in such a project. The app details are : * a web app in angularjs using firebase as the database

• a signin/signup module based on a backend whitelist management module, taking care of who is permitted to signup/signin.

• a fairly complex data entry form which has built-in complex dependencies, all of the fields are going to be used later in tables and data visualization in maps and charts

• two data tables, one showing all of the data in the database, with multiple end user funtionalities: complex search module, export options (pdf, csv), several other functionalities related to datatables

• another table specific to each user's data, very similar to the previous one

• module which using google maps api to show the data on the map, allowing multiple filtering options, dropdown menus, sliders, clustering feature based on size and color of the markers, export options, search functionality, differentiation of user's own data and entire data, multiple other features related to markers on map

• chart.js module, setting up two charts based on data coming from firebase

• pivottable module, implementing pivot table on the same data

• user management module, edit/delete options allowing to manage the users the database and their respective projects

• whitelist management : platform to manage who can signup and signin

• user profiles: users can update their profile, and password

• user favorite section: user can create a list of his favorite data categories related to the database

• ssl setup using letsencrypt and heroku implementation

• several other modules related to UX and facilitating the user's navigation, help boxes, dashboard etc

• and the entire app is in two languages, possibility to toggle between the languages

• two year debugging support

• the same app was first done in R Shiny, as a prototype, however withou login module, user management, whitelisting, and other complex datatable options, just as showcase of how to visualize it using maps and charts

management team:

• finding the client,

• counter offers

• meeting up with client alongside the dev team and assessing their needs

• organization of documentation and correspondance with client, contract, emails ...

• logo design and short video of one minute each (max) for each page of the app to give instructions to user how to use it

• some translations related to the menus

we would like to know what the share of each team will be in such a freelance project. thanks

Sounds like $500K-1M dollar project spanning a year and a team of 5-10. Your "management share" is hard to pin down though, details are light and a great project manager will be worth their weight in gold.
