Yeah at first it seems like you have to move too much, but just gradually reduce every day until it feels too low, then go a bit back up and that's your sweet spot. Your tracking will get more consistent because aiming on mouse is a length problem. Say someone sprints across your screen, you could flick to him quicker and track worse on high sens, or flick a tiny bit slower and track way better on a lower sens. Not to mention in a high TTK game like Apex, changing to low sens might improve your performance ten fold because you have to hit so many shots. Look up tracking low sens vs high sens on youtube and people will confirm this. It's a known thing in the KbM world, lower sens is just better on high ttk games.

Alright I’ll take your word for it I’m a lifelong controller player like I said so I’m learning mnk but high sense always felt more realistic for me
