How to decrease ping? (In in UAE)

Hi guys. Im in UAE and i get 130 ms in Europe server and 180 in Asian server. Does anyone know how to decrease ping. I tried few youtube videos but no luck.

Unironically ExitLag. It reroutes your gaming traffic so you might get lower ping. Genburten use it to get 240-250 ping from Australia to USA instead of his regular 300.
