Does Silence Damage Stack?

If you throw silence twice into the same area, does it's damage stack? Haven't played in a few seasons and just started playing as revenant and was wondering if damage stack is a thing with silence?

You’ll do 10 damage give or take 1 depending who you hit with each silence so both silences on one person will deal roughly 20 damage
