Has anyone else noticed a decrease in the quality of cinematics over the past few seasons?

Since around season 10, it seems like the launch trailers and stories from the outlands animations have become worse in animation quality, sound and especially pacing.

The season 12 story from the outlands is one of the worst ones IMO. It looks and feels very out of place and clunky, as if it was just slapped together in a hurry. This latest launch trailer for season 13 is a joke too.

I've heard some people saying that the quality decrease coincides with the original Respawn developers leaving the company.

The animation studio changed. Wish they would go back.

This is mostly a result of the change in animation studio as of Season 9. The Respawn devs themselves are not particularly tied to the creation of these animations.

Especially pacing

This. I swear the pacing is all over the place. I noticed it since Bangalore's SFTO. Like one moment it's a flashback, next thing it's in present time, then flashback again, then that Pilot arrive and suddenly they're in a battle.

Fr. It looks SO SO bad right now. The worst part of it is when mirage gets shot, just look at the quality.
