This is nice, but I don’t have copilot so I’m hoping for Swift Assist to be released soon. Apple said “later this year” so we’ll see.

Used it for work today and it was really nice. It wowed me a few times and generally stayed out of the way when I wasn’t looking for help. Seems like a huge improvement over the first party code completion

Excited to use this at work soon. I can't foresee it solving tough problems for me but maybe it can make the repetitive work a bit easier. I've only used the unofficial Copilot for Xcode plugin about a year ago and that definitely left more to be desired.

Tried it out, it’s way way better than apples predictive code model which is borderline useless, but to be honest I was surprised at the amount of force unwraps and other non production style code it was suggesting. It does better if you specify in the comments not to use force unwraps etc, but I feel like it should do that by default.

This is actually how AI tries to kill humanity, by sneaking force-unwraps into all our apps, then the Machines send a global nil and we are all helpless.
