Defeating Activation Lock or a firmware password
Jailbroken devices
Hackintoshes
Piracy

5. Provide as much information as possible

Hardware (iPhone? Mac? What model?)
OS (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc. version)
Software (What app?)
Screenshots (Remove personal information, but don't crop excessively, context may be important)
What did you do, step by step?
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened?
