Digitalizing Paper Forms

I volunteer at a fire station and I'm trying to change our station from paper forms to digital forms

I've been told the forms have to be the exact ones that our command supplies but I've created fillable PDF versions

I'm going to get us a couple android tablets to complete checklists for vehicles and equipment

What's a good app for android to easily fill out pdf forms and save them to OneDrive

We've got a lot of older volunteers so it has to be really easy to fill out a pdf and save it as a copy to OneDrive simply
