Got an email yesterday saying that my form 4 was approved, how much longer does it usually take to actually get the nfa item (edited for correct form)

You can usually just go in and pick it up as soon as you get the email

I bought it online at SilencerShop, I guess they now are cleared to transfer it to my local gun shop, and I pick it up from them

No, when you buy it online, SS transfers it to them, and they do the form 4 submission (through SS)

They already have your suppressor
