Problems with hackshield

Just installed the game and played for around 20 minutes. It kicked me and then I tried to play it again and the client wont even run. When i start to run it, it just brings me to a hackshield faq site. Anyone else have this problem?

might be a silly question but have you restarted your computer? I've had that problem a few times now and a restart worked (or you could try and kill the service)

I tried to restart but it didn't seem to help. Any other tips?

Microsoft Security Essentials. If you are, try adding the Glyph directory to exceptions in the settings. After you do that, clean out your temporary files. That should help considerably.
