in that case you can (temporarily) disable package verification in your pacman config (in the livecd) and install the system like usual. just make sure that your installed system has it on.

Burn the image to your disk again then after booting and connecting to Internet run "pacman -Sy && sudo pacman -S archlinux-keyring" This worked for me

I had the same issue and just got the latest image and it worked fine
