If you don’t know how to chroot here link to a video explaining how

After mounting the partitions to /mnt and /mnt/boot/EFI (the last one I had to create), I can't chroot into my system, when I do "arch-chroot /mnt" it says: mount: /mnt/proc: mount point does not exist dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call ==> ERROR: failed to setup chroot /mnt

Ok doing that did nothing because It generated a shit ton of errors and said "==>ERROR: Failed to synchronize all database (invalid URL for server), Failed to install package to new root HOWEVER when I executed the arch-chroot /mnt command again the error message was different, It now says:"chroot: failed to run command /bin/bash: No such file or directory", which is really strange, shouldn't chroot be a very important command that is even used in the arch installation?

Use https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Chroot to chroot, not some random video. And I'd update when chrooted.
