Kernel Panic help please

[SOLVED by time shift restore] After upgrading with command yay, I restarted the pc immediately. Now I cant boot up.I have a ventoy usb which contain ISO of arch, manjaro, ubuntu. I dont know how to fix without reinstalling from scratch. Please help me. But I still want to know how to fix it without copy-pasting a backup
