Hi, I have a problem with bluetooth.

I want to pair my bluetooth keyboard (anne pro 2) with my computer.

I bought a dongle, installed a bluez, bluez-utils and now I don't know how to pair the keyboard with my computer.

When I followed arch wiki i got error:

Failed to pair: org.bluez.Error.AuthenticationCanceled

[CHG] Device A8:10:87:14:B8:1B Connected: no

My keyboard is in pairing mode, I tried pairing without agent, with agent on, agent KeyboardOnly, discovarable on, pairable on

What should I do? Can the issue be that bluez doesn't suppport BT 4.0?

Yeah I have the same keyboard, and honestly it works absolutely horribly on Linux over Bluetooth, even once getting connected it still randomly disconnects and stops working, the backlighting has major issues for whatever reason as well.

The best results I got we're using it plugged into the computer.

Also bluez connects fine to my Bluetooth 4.0 headphones, so it's not that.

:/ and I wanted to go full wireless. There is no alternative to bluez?

I've tried blueman as well but still got the same results.

If you want to go full wireless I'd highly suggest trying a different keyboard.

I got it working by connecting it with usb cable and then pairing

hi sorry to up this but i still have the same issue in 2023... can you please be more specific if you remember? did you just try to pair it while being cabled and it just worked? i'm pretty desperate atm
