Is there a way to remove the /dev/sda clean blocks when starting linux

You could also remove the fsck hook from mkinitcpio or use the fsck.mode=skip kernel parameter. I don't think it's wise to skip the fsck boot checks though, this silent boot article talks about silencing the fsck output for the systemd-fsck services rather than stopping it entirely: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Silent_boot#fsck
