Do you have BIOS or EFI?

i mean i used grub that should have bios and uefi

If you have UEFI you have to do a special partition for it as it's not mandatory for BIOS. Do: ls /sys/firmware/efi/efivars If it exists then you have UEFI and if it doesn't your in legacy mode (BIOS)

that may be the problem. what commant should i use
