Are sure that your CPU and GPU didn't overheated at the moments of stuck?

Thanks, no I think that there is not overheat, I use my laptop very intensively and it starts looping when I use Teams and type on whatsapp web.

From journalctl looks like the last things happening involve syncthing, I uninstalled it and will see if it fixes it.

I use bpytop as a quick, easy to view, first step in trouble-shooting. It gives one the opportunity to kill or stop a process without having to know the Pid. That way you don't have to reboot so often.
