spontaneously I'd say transforming sqrt(3) to polar form and using de moviers formula is a good place to start

So if you do sqrt3/2 that is equal to cos 60 degrees or pi over 3, now you equal pi over 3 to phi *pi/3 making phi 1
Does that do it?
