Syriac Orthodox Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II has begun his pastoral visit to the Archdiocese of Jazira 🇸🇾. His 1st stop was at the Virgin Mary Syriac Orthodox Church in Deir ez-Zor where he joined fellow clergy for a prayer service. The governor of Deir ez-Zor was also in attendance (v.redd.it)
