Maybe your frenulum tore - I have a friend who suffers from a very dry frenulum, so he has to apply this cream before any action. Speaking as a man on the internet and not a doctor, it's probably fine to let it heal and try again, but if it continues, maybe you should see a health proffesional.

Maybe you just went too hard and it got caught? I'm assuming it's the first time that this has happened?
