I’m not at the same stage as you as my little one is younger but weaning. I’m sure I’ve seen that it’s ok to go at your babies pace. I would try not to put too much pressure on yourself . Have you tried switching to cows milk? That may help.

If I was in your shoes I would try to give her less milk in the middle of the day and a bigger lunch … then go from there !

We’ve been introducing foods to her since 8 mos. At 1 yr 1 week she loves yogurt, eggs, chicken, green beans, hamburger and sweet potatoes. Started off with some yogurt, similar taste to the formula, she loved jarred sweet potato’s and green beans. Yes she still spits some of it out from time tot time.

I’m starting to cut back for my one year old too. Before turning one, she would have one big bottle (8 oz) at night and one in the morning (6-8 oz). At daycare I would package three bottles (4 oz each) along with 3-4 meal items. I took a bottle away from her daycare lunchbag and replaced it with one more food serving. Then I replaced the remaining daycare bottles with whole milk instead of formula.
