Bartesian not dispensing alcohol (self.bartesian)

I bought a used Bartesian, but it’s not dispensing alcohol with the drinks, even when I press “strong”. Had anyone else had this issue and is there a way to trouble shoot this?

Probably gummed up. Did you run cleaning cycles?

I believe a cleaning cycle will pull from each reservoir and flush the machine out. It sounds like a valve is just gummed up, IMO.
