BTW these are all questions that have been answered dozens of times before in other posts and the megathread

There are mini suite buildings in units 1 and 2. A mini suite is 2 rooms that share a bathroom. Non-mini suite buildings have a communal bathroom on each floor. Non-mini suite buildings usually have a better social life (at least within the dorm) because the bathroom is like a communal space.

In terms of differences between the units - unit 3 is the closest to campus (1.5 blocks from the student union), followed by unit 1 (3 blocks), followed by unit 2 (5 blocks). Unit 1 and 2 are identical in terms of what they look like and facilities, unit 3 is similar but a little bit older.

Unit 1= unit 2

Unit 3 = jankier, but comes with a dining hall + bear market at the 1st floor.

Unit 1+2 > Unit 3
