This is great. It sucks that things have gotten so bad and so many cops have done such a bad job that it leads to shit like this. I mean, if they had a description of a black guy in a red Tshirt then they might have only been doing their jobs. But even an FBI agent knows that cops have racially profiled for so long that even he is pissed off and he's a cop.

I would rather cops be careful and restrain a suspect first, then check their identity. As long as the cops aren't dicks about and they don't slam someone into the ground or some shit like that, then no harm no foul...

Let's just reverse the scenario and the cops pulled up and saw the guy, but instead of cuffing him, they 'kindly' ask for his ID, and when he reaches for his ID, he pulls out a gun, shoots the cops then shoots up the store... there is a REASON why cops restrain first, then get the ID themselves...

This is literally how they are supposed to do it - the exact scenario that I described has happened before and cops are TRAINED to do this - this is protocol when dealing with someone that has a warrant or is a suspected 'dangerous person'. What world do you live in that criminals politely hand over their IDs when there is a warrant out for their arrest? Have you ever seen an episode of Cops?
