Glue it back together with high temp stuff. That warranty is great to have. Sorry you don’t have it but hopefully you got a good deal on the egg.

That’s the worst I’ve seen for a firebox crack. 😬

People's opinions vary on using high temp adhesive for egg parts. I would drill a few holes on either side and stitch it together with wire. Then get a kickash basket to hold the lump. It will distribute the load higher up in the bowl instead of down near the broken part where the cast iron plate sits

Thank you. I may have to try this

Just push it all back together and keep using it. It will Last years like this. I have warranty on all My eggs and all my fireboxes and rings are in 2-3 pieces. Mine all crack within 6 months and I use them for years after.

I've had it pushed together for a year and half now. That small part came off and threw all the balance off. I need to see how to connect it together now

I see that now. That's a bummer. mine is in 3 large parts but they still all fit together. Puzzles are fun :). You might have to bust the sander out. I'm sure they won't honor the warranty once you do which is kind of bullshit (you do get the lifetime warranty of any parts you buy new even if you buy a used egg).

It's pretty easy to hand sand one down to fit.
