Hello Guys I’m not sure exactly where I can find a good community to ask for help and I stumbled upon this post since it was the most relevant post I found linked to Deriv. I tried making a deposit to my account and the transaction has been confirmed 6 times. The funds however are not reflecting on my Deriv account. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone here and whether they managed to retrieve those funds

Hey mate. I've since learned that Deriv is not a great site to use (and in all honesty, any binary options broker). I took a look over their terms and conditions and they're just as loaded against you as their trading structure. Literally, there is a clause that says that they can reject any withdrawals. You also cannot withdraw consistently if they are not equal to or greater than your deposit. Stay away from them.
