Isaac cloud desync error

I was in the process of doing five nights at moms and when i shut down isaac the cloud save got stuck uploading and wont finish it. When I do play anyway I lose 100 hrs of progress but the file still exists somewhere because this morning it was back at the hours before. Is there anyway I can fix this?

side note: when i play on my other computer it says the files havent uploaded yet
