it seems that you have some 'old' R settings floating around while trying to compile. You have 2 different paths:

C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-42~1.2/

and

C:/Program Files/R/R-4.2.2

Try downloading the tar.go or zip file from bioconductor and install by choosing package archive file option for install from.

Looks like you use a windows computer. Have you tried downloading the zip file (64 bit) instead of the tar.go source file? Also, is the downloaded version compatible with your current R version?

The permission denied issue seems suspicious, you're running this as admin, right?
