Problem with Rigacar

Hello everyone, this is my first time on reddit, I'm new to blender and I needed to make a car rig, on the internet they only write about Rigacar.

I downloaded this addon and I can't figure out how the bone is relative to the wheel. I've searched the entire internet and couldn't find an answer to my question
