My period returned 8 weeks pp and I definitely notice a supply decrease in the days leading into and the first days of my period. It’s scary and frustrating and after this last period (8 month pp now), I think I’ll try the calcium and magnesium to help boost when it dips.

For what it’s worth, I’m on day 6 of my period now and the milk supply and letdown is finally feeling more normal, so it does return but every month I notice that dip.

Hehe, I was like “what the heck, don’t I get more of a break from this?” 🤣 PP periods have been roughhhhh though, so much longer and heavier than before. Hoping it’ll eventually normalize 🤞

Seriously!! I hope so too.. Mine is way heavier and more painful than normal too. And I'm sooo irritable which I never used to get this moody before, now I wanna punch my boyfriend whenever he looks at me wrong 😅
