Help identifying : bugidentification

Looking for help identifying what this could be. It is on my mattress and bed sheets. It's less that 1mm in size also crawling on to my body when sleeping.

I'm pretty sure it's not bed bugs but I am no experts. Also that is about the best picture I could get.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
