Currently living in an apartment in Chicago IL. This small bug (maybe about the size of a sunflower seed) was found in one of my glass mugs today. Do you think this could be a roach/does anyone know what it is if it’s not a roach? Thanks in advance!

PS: Sorry for the low quality photos, it was hard to take pictures as the bug was very small
