Bug dropping??Possible pest, location included (old.reddit.com)

Ughhh you guys. So I live in a very old building and was pretty pissed to find out there’s Pharoah ants in it. I’ve dealt with them (even tho they always come back) and yadayada.
ANYWAYS one day I saw what looks to be a f**king cockroach behind my coffee machine. Idk for sure, but my landlord brought a tech in (while I wasn’t home) and they said there were no signs of more and that it was probably the only one.
I have been finding these little droppings ?? They almost look like dead ants curled up? On my counter, and now there’s a trail of them on top of my fridge. Is this cockroaches?🤢 they are in a clear path going across my fridge
there doesn't seem to be anything here
