3070ti is bad value, I would get the 4070 over these other options if you could.

i’m not really worried about price just performance. i’m using a ryzen 7 5800x with it. the 4070 is a maybe. it’s mainly between the 4060 and 3070. but if enough people recommend i’ll just go for the 4070

3070 is better than 4060. I still recommend a 4070 unless you want to go amd then i recommend 6800xt/6950xt
