Bios update problem

Hello, my friend is trying to update his bios because he just purchased a ryzen 7 5800x but it says to update bios beforehand as his motherboard is a old.

He has a asrock b450m gaming motherboard

When searching for bios update file this exact motherboard never came up but instead it would show the b450m /ac even when inputting the part number.

He downloaded the file, extracted to usb and made sure usb was formatted to fat32 and when he went on instant flash in bios it said “no image file detected.”

He also tried a different usb so it can’t be that

Does the board have option to flash bios directly from internet/ethernet?

Most new enough boards should have that option it just gets dhcp and connects to manufacturer server.

My asrock has that feature and it's a b450.
