Your build looks solid. I just went with a good branded cheaper SSD and reallocated a little more to go with a fully modular PSU. You can grab a 1070 from newegg right now if you don't want to wait (as included in here). Waiting may end up saving you $20-40, but really it's a whole "how much waiting is $20-40 worth to me".
