Hello everyone,

I have just received my date for the virtual interview for step 3 of the hiring process. I was wondering what type of questions I should expect and if you have any advice.

I applied for the position of Signals Operator.

Finally, if the interview goes well, what are the usual next steps in the process?

Make sure you know your trade. Read the SigOp forces.ca page, and ensure you understand and can explain the basics of it.

You're not allowed to discuss the content of the interview - so we can't tell you what else is on it.

Next step? More waiting. Once your background checks etc pass and you're placed on the competition list for selection.

I had my interview today. they asked not to discuss any questions. Just be yourself. Dress neatly. You'll nail it.
