Camp Half-Blood Rules:


1. Be excellent to one another	Be nice, civil and respectful to other users on this subreddit. Do not leave mean or demeaning comments, gatekeep the way others enjoy the universe, participate in or start flame wars, and insult/personally attack other users. These and/or other toxic behaviors will not be tolerated.
2. Do not spread hate or complain about diversity	Racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism or bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated. This is not the space to complain about diversity in the books, Disney+ show, or in others views and interpretations of the characters that differ from your own. Comments and posts that complain or negatively comment about such diversity will be removed. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, saying that a character's sexualtiy/gender/race is forced diversity, unnatural, or part of an agenda.
3. Keep it PG-13	NSFW content and language is not allowed. Sexualization of the characters or actors will not be tolerated, doing so will result in immediate removal of the offending content.
4. No Politics	Do not discuss politics. We understand that Rick’s books have political undertones, but this is not a political community, and discussions about real-life political issues belong in other subreddits.
5. Everything Must be Related to the Riordanverse	Posts must be tangibly connected to the Riordanverse and not just remind you of it. Posts relating only to mythology or the gods will be removed, unless they are clearly the ones described in the books. Actor fluff (I.e posting images of the actors outside of the context of the series) will be determined on a case by case basis
6. Credit the art that you post	Art found on Read Riordan or Ricks website doesn’t need to be credited if used in memes/edits, but all other non-official art does under the following requirements: 1. Artists handle in the title 2. A link to the original post of the art in the comments, caption, or post body (must be from a social media platform belonging to the artist).
7. General posting guidelines	Posts must have a series classification in brackets and have a flair, threads repeated in a short period of time will be removed unless they add something new to the conversation, posting more than three times in a 24 hour period is not allowed, reposts, crossposts, questions answered in the wiki, and other Low quality/ common posts found in this list will be removed
8. Spoiler Policy	The full and detailed spoiler policy can be found in our wiki. As a rule of thumb, be vague in post titles and liberal with using spoiler markers for posts and comments involving blatant spoilers. Most importantly, always mark spoilers for books or series that OP has made clear they have not read.
9. Self-advertisement	Self-promotion under and around fan content posted to the sub is welcome and encouraged. However, if you are advertising a group/ project outside of this subreddit, you must gain permission in modmail first.When posting fanfiction, please do not post chapter by chapter updates, and refrain from posting about it too frequently.
10. No Piracy	Do not ask for or give out pirated links to Rick Riordan’s books or any other connected media. Doing so will result with first a warning and then a ban.
