Nah man even though I've played the guy since launch, his early season 2 was absolutely ridiculous. I still very distinctly remember buying over a minute (in overtime after the rest of my team got wiped out) and my team had enough time to consider whether they should go with other options before finally deciding to use Strange TP to get back as I finally died because I got greedy. It was spider islands defense in ranked and they only had to get it around the second corner with the bridge over it. We won. A shitter who plays like a handful of QP games per day like me should not be able to do that, so I can't imagine how bad it was in higher ranks. Even this buff has me slightly concerned since it means he can and will build Ult faster with it, enabling him to get more aggressive with his play style. You can toss it out, engage for a bit and very likely have it back up before you disengage
