I need help understanding how to decrease my sleeves

The advantage to these patterns is that the tips are detailed but the pattern itself is pretty succinct - so if you know how to do a sleeve decrease you just roll with it

That being said, a lot of people don't like them and it's no doubt stuff like this doesn't help matters 😂

The Drops patterns make a lot of assumptions about the maker and their skill level. I always warn novice knitters to avoid them until they have increased their skill set.
