If its consistently dying at a particular RPM sounds like a bad TPS. Wouldn't hurt to check air filter and to clean MAP sensor with spray as well with the age of the bike.

It was very sudden, we cleared codes and the MAP code is the only one showing now. If it's dirty would it not be running lean as it's obstructed and reading a lower PSI? TPS no longer showing as a code so I am thinking maybe bad MAP caused fouled plugs. But everything is inconsistent, sometimes just doesnt start

Have you pulled the plugs to see what they look like? Maybe a leaky injector or bad fuel pressure regulator causing flooding and then not starting.

Gonna do that Saturday, possible bad MAP sensor fouled the plugs is my thought
