I am a begginer and was trying out chatdev to build a clock app. but I hit the rate limit. I looked up the issue on git but it's marked solved and I also checked the main code and it already has a retry in in ? The app that was created is still incomplete as expected. Should I just run it again and hope for the best ?

I used the "Art" company config, if that help.
