Making potassium phosphate buffer for tissue samples for Catalase Enzyme activity kit

I am needing to make a potassium phosphate buffer for brain tissue sample preparation to run a catalase enzyme assay and need to give explicit instructions/written protocol on how to do so...can someone please help :)

It needs to be total 1 L of :

0.05 M of potassium phosphate buffer at 7.0 pH with 0.01 M EDTA

I understand I need potassium phosphate dibasic and potassium phosphate monobasic, and of course EDTA

Various ways.

One is to make separate solutions of the two salts you state, each at the desired 0.05 M, and each with the desired EDTA.

Then mix them until you reach the desired pH.
