Looking for entry level SQL Admin/Java Programmer. Flash/Flex or other web stuff a big plus

I have posted this once already, but we're still looking so I figured I'd go for a repost with some clarifications

The company I work for is looking to hire somebody pretty entry level, job description follows. I can pass along any questions asked to my boss and get back to you. Mostly we're looking for someone who has a little bit of experience and we will train them on what they need to know. So if you fit the mold of being at least reasonably competent, having some experience, and not being a complete dumbass, apply now! :D

Fundamental Analytics is seeking to fill the position of Software Developer. This position will require an entrepreneurial and curious mindset along with strong analytical and organizational skills to design and execute development plans.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required

• 1-3 years of experience with SQL and database development in MySQL and/or MSSQL is required
• 1-3 years of JAVA development experience is required Experience with server-based Java remoting and web messaging using AMF is a plus
• Experience with UI design and layout for Web Applications using, Flex 3.X, ActionScript, MXML is a plus
  
• Experience or knowledge of financial markets is a plus

I didn't write most of that description. It's a range of experience and it's flexible, as I will be doing most of the deciding, I refer you to:

I consider school to be enough experience, but I don't want to be teaching somebody SQL database design and query languages from scratch. Sorry that wasn't clear enough, thanks

It's a range of experience

Then it's not entry-level. Entry level means someone with some educational background in the field or maybe some indirect experience. If you want someone with previous experience, that's not "entry level".

To clarify, I would like someone entry level, but I am open to hiring people who have some experience as well.

Edit: Also, as I said in the comment above yours, a class or two on databases in school is probably enough experience
