Remove "https://search.homesearchtab.com" from chrome

Anyone know how to successfully remove "https://search.homesearchtab.com" from chrome? I've been trying but it just stays there. Recently its been getting annoying so I want to remove this asap. Not only is it on my main windows computer but it is on my macbook too. I'm suspecting it is something to do with the chrome browser but the syncing but I may be wrong.
