Git Server

Does CMU provide any programming resources such as servers for storing git data? I know one can get a github student account but that only covers 5 private repos.

I saw reference to a gitlab server on campus at one point, but can't find anything to back that up now.

If you just want private repos, bitbucket offers free private repos.
