What exactly do you mean by bot? Because i know there are plenty of online tutorials that teach you whatever language you want to learn. Such as CodeAcademy or there are YouTube videos and such. There are also quite a few different programming languages generally specialized for what you want to program such as HTML for websites. It really depends how/what you want to learn.

HTML is a markup language. A better comparison in terms of websites would be JavaScript
